At Forced Air Technologies, we strive to give our customers the best overall online buying experience. From recommending the right parts to fit your performance needs, to ensuring you receive what you ordered in a timely manner, our goal is your complete satisfaction. To that end, we present to you our store policies:
1. Forced Air Technologies sells parts that are for off road use only, and may never be used on cars driven on public roads.
2. Forced Air Technologies sells parts that require skilled installation. If you do not posses these skills, we highly recommend you locate a shop that is familiar with, and is qualified to install the parts you desire. For local customers, Forced Air Technologies does provide full installation facilities. Please contact us for pricing and scheduling.
3. All items sold by Forced Air Technologies are brand new, in the box unless specifically noted otherwise. As such, all products sold by Forced Air Technologies carry the full manufacturer's warranty.
4. All returns made to Forced Air Technologies must first be approved in writing by the management of Forced Air Technologies. No cash refunds will be granted. All sales are final unless otherwise noted by the management of Forced Air Technologies.
5. All orders placed either on the phone and/or via our website are charged upon your confirmation of the order. We at Forced Air Technologies strive to keep the most popular items in stock. However, because many of the items Forced Air Technologies sells are manufactured out of the country, some items may not be in stock at all times. All confirmed orders are generally shipped within 1-7 business days from the date your confirmed order is received. If an item is on backorder, or is otherwise unavailable beyond the usual 1-7 days, a Forced Air Technologies representative will contact you upon receipt of your confirmed order and inform you of the item(s) date of availability. All Special Order Only items must be prepaid, and there are no returns permitted on any Special Order Only items. If you have any questions about such a product, we welcome your phone call and/or email to discuss the availability and lead times. If at any times you have any questions regarding a pending order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
6. Shipping - All items are shipped Fedex unless otherwise noted. For some of the smaller items we sell (sensors, fittings, lines and gaskets), we ship via USPS, as we find it is a quick and very cost effective way to get small items delivered to our customers. All orders shipped either via Fedex or USPS are fully insured for the face value of the item(s). If an item is damaged or lost, please notify us immediately and we will work with you and the shipping company to resolve the issue. Please be advised that while we serve as your advocate during this process, Forced Air Technologies, it's employees or affiliates are not responsible for the outcome of any shipping claim process. Again, we have all ordered items that were lost during transit or arrived damaged, so we know how frustrating it can be. We will do everything we can to bring your claim to an expeditious and fair outcome. All items shipped via Fedex require an adult signature at the time of delivery, without exception. Items shipped via USPS generally do not require signature, and arrive with your regular mail.
7. Waranty - All Forced Air Technologies exhaust components feature our exclusive lifetime warranty against cracking or rust. We beleive strongly in our products, and we want that to show. If you ever have a problem with a exhaust component, please do not hesitate to contact us.
